Accountant (CA / CPA Preferred) – U.S. Accounting | Night Shift | Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team and support U.S.-based clients. The role involves handling bookkeeping and tax return preparation under U.S. accounting standards. While a CA (India) or CPA (U.S.) qualification is preferred

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work onsite during night shifts aligned with U.S. hours. Training on U.S. accounting practices will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage bookkeeping as per U.S. accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of U.S. tax returns.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and management for process improvements.
• Handle financial records with confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• CA (India) / CPA (U.S.) qualification preferred, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of U.S. accounting/taxation preferred (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work onsite during night shifts (8 hours, U.S. working hours).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
