Accountant (Busy Software)

Job Title: Accountant (BUSY Software)Job Description

• Manage daily accounting operations, including data entry and record maintenance.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes using BUSY software.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and TDS as per company and government regulations.
• Assist in the finalization of accounts and audits.
• Maintain and update financial records, such as ledgers, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments for invoice and payment tracking.

Key Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Software Proficiency: Strong and proven expertise in BUSY accounting software. Some positions may also specify experience with Tally or other accounting software.
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to join immediately (sometimes specified).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
