Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Prepare and file GST returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc., ensuring compliance with GST regulations and accurate reporting. - Handle TDS filing by preparing and filing quarterly and annual returns in adherence to Indian tax laws, ensuring precise TDS deductions, and issuing TDS certificates like Form 16/16A. - Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, compliance with labor laws, and assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly and yearly balance sheets. - Generate and issue sales invoices, verify billing details, assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and support audits. In addition to the key responsibilities, the required skills and qualifications for this position include: - Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software, advanced functions in MS Excel, basic financial reporting tools, ERP software, and understanding of Indian taxation particularly GST and TDS regulations. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping, along with good verbal and written communication skills for interactions with vendors, customers, and internal teams. - A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field such as B.Com, M.Com, or similar would be ideal for this role.,
