Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
4. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
5. Prepare and file tax returns, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
6. Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
7. Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting.
3. Certified Accountant (CA/CPA) or equivalent preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
5. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
