We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with hands-on expertise in billing, invoicing, and Tally ERP to join our team in South Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have a solid accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Handle daily billing operations, credit/debit notes, and payment follow-ups
Maintain and update accounting records in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledger balances
Coordinate with clients and vendors for any billing-related queries
Generate regular MIS reports and assist in audits as needed
Manage petty cash and day-to-day accounting functions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
