Accountant Assistant

Role Overview: You will be working as an Accountant Assistant in the finance and accounts department based in Salarpur. Your role will involve assisting in day-to-day accounting tasks, record keeping, and financial reporting to ensure the smooth operations of the department. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts including sales, purchase, and expense entries. - Support in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers. - Assist in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and maintaining financial records. - Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other statutory returns under the supervision of senior accountants. - Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Maintain and update files and documentation thoroughly and accurately. - Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors when required. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Qualification Required: - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Familiarity with Tally ERP / MS Excel or other accounting software. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to handle confidential information. Additional Details: The company is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Possessing any accounting certification is preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time position requiring 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.,
