Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Busy Software.
  • Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
  • Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
  • Maintain books of accounts and ensure timely data entry of purchase, sales, and journal vouchers.
  • Coordinate with auditors for financial statements and tax assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
  • Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and reconcile balances.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and other financial statements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Busy accounting software is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of TDS and GST rules and compliance.
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
