Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible

Accountant

with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and daily financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounts activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP software.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, credit/debit notes.
Maintain proper records of expenses, cash book, and ledger entries.
Perform bank reconciliation on a daily/monthly basis.

Taxation & Compliance

Assist in GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) preparation and filing.
Ensure TDS deduction, payment & returns (if applicable).
Maintain statutory records and support audit requirements.

Reporting & Financial Support

Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet support).
Assist in closing monthly and annual accounts.
Support in budgeting and cost monitoring.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

Documentation & Administration

Maintain proper filing and documentation.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Experience with Tally ERP
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax rules.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Eligibility

B.Com M.Com
(Mandatory)
2-3 years of experience in accounting

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
