Role & responsibilities

collect, organize, analyze, and report financial data to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making for individuals or organizations

Financial Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
Financial Statement Preparation:
Preparing essential financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Developing budgets, monitoring spending and cash flows, and creating financial forecasts to guide planning.
Taxation:
Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring timely submission, and advising on tax-efficient strategies to minimize liability.
Auditing and Compliance:
Conducting internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Financial Analysis:
Analyzing financial data to identify trends, assess risks, suggest cost-reduction strategies, and advise on investments and mergers.
Management of Accounts:
Processing and managing accounts payable (money the company owes) and accounts receivable (money customers owe).
Payroll:
Overseeing and processing payroll functions accurately and efficiently.
