Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Conduct audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
