Role & responsibilities

Book keeping of Accounts up to Finalization
Real Time Accounting
Accrual Basis of Accounting
Monthly closure of Books of Accounts
Profitability Tracking Monthly and yearly Supporting for Profitability Tracking and submission of report to Head finance
Accounts Finalisation – Support to prepare the financials for statutory Audit
Review of Control Accounts on regular interval, Statutory payable accounts, expenses payable accounts etc
Overhead Management – Review of Indirect expenses on regular interval
Review of Day book on regular basis
Handle accounts and finance activities.
Maintain and Develop the Accounts team for achieve the Finance department goal.
Educate the team for Entry level knowledge of various Statutory compliances GST, TDS, PF and ESI
Review of Cost centre on regular basis
Inputs given for Business Plan (Budgeting), Cash flow and New Business proposal
Support for Statutory Audit, GST Audit and any special Audit.
GST reconciliation – GSTR 2 B vs our Vendor Ledger
Review of advances – Employee’s and vendors
Optimum utilisation of the Accounting Software – Tally prime
Bank Reconciliation
Reconciliation – Vendor/Customer /General Ledger.
Well versed with Excel for reporting purposes
MIS – Weekly and monthly.
