About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountancy Teacher to join our faculty at Phoenix International School. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage and inspire students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages learning and student engagement.
• Evaluate and grade students’ assignments, tests, and projects.
• Provide academic guidance and mentoring to students.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to school activities.
• Stay updated with the latest CBSE guidelines and educational practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) with B.Ed (mandatory).
• Prior teaching experience in CBSE schools preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching methods.
