Account Receivable Specialist

As a Medical Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes in medical billing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Following up on claim approvals, denials, and appeals - Managing outstanding claims to ensure timely reimbursements - Generating and analyzing AR reports to track collection performance - Communicating with insurance companies and patients to address billing inquiries - Reconciling accounts, processing refunds, and resolving billing discrepancies To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: - 1-3 years of experience in medical billing and AR management - Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance claims and billing processes - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in billing software and MS Office - Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (Physician Billing) - Ability to analyze insurance remittance advice, clearinghouse rejections, and denials - In-depth knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding Additionally, this is a NIGHT SHIFT role (5.30 PM to 2.30 AM) that requires you to work from the office.
