Account & Purchase Intern

You will be working as an Accounts & Purchase Intern at Sun360, a leading solar energy solutions provider in Goa. As an intern, you will be responsible for supporting finance and procurement operations. This opportunity is perfect for candidates with a bachelor's degree who are eager to gain practical experience in accounting, purchasing, and vendor coordination within the renewable energy sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support vendor communication, quotation comparison, and basic negotiation follow-ups. - Help update and organize accounts and procurement data in Tally and Excel. - Track material deliveries and coordinate with technical and warehouse teams. - Maintain proper documentation for purchases and financial transactions. - Provide general support to the Accounts and Procurement teams as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Pursuing or completed B.Com, M.Com, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or any related field. - Basic understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes. - Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Tally or ERP systems is an advantage. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. - Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally if required.
