Account Manager

Role Overview: As an Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive / Manager at Ruru Tek Private Limited, your role will involve overseeing financial operations, managing accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your strong analytical skills, experience in financial reporting, and ability to lead an accounting team effectively will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree or CA/CPA is a plus). - 4 to 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). - Experience in industry-specific requirements, e.g., manufacturing, retail, IT, etc. - Experience in stock/inventory management, ensuring proper valuation, reconciliation, and reporting. - Proficiency in IT individual income tax filing, including accurate documentation and timely submission. - Understanding of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) compliance and reporting under applicable legal frameworks. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets. - Assist in financial planning and strategy development. - Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
