We have experience of ‘Hiring for Green Field Project’, ‘Turn key projects for startups’ and ‘Multi City Hiring’.

Mandatory Skills required – Hands on experience into Client handling and Team handling.

Job Description:

Our Account Manager- Recruitment role has three aspects:

1. As a Delivery Manager

He/ She is supposed to achieve his/her team targets

Ensuring high ‘Quality of Hire’ for each mandate allocated to him/her

Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction

Accumulate and share in-depth knowledge, insights and relationships to the practice/ industries

allocated to him/ her.

2. As a Relationship Manager

He/ She will be responsible for mandate closures and satisfaction of clients.

Ensure high-quality farming of positions from all allocated clients

Ensuring High Process Quality for all the business processes including in the operating software like

ATS and CRM.

3. As a Mentor

Ensures that the Team achieves Business Goals

Motivate and inspire team members

Allocates managers, priorities and resources

Ensures that the team has the budgeted manpower

Trains and Up skills the entire team

Eligibility

• 4 to 15 Years experience in IT recruitment consultancy only
• Must have experience in IT or Non IT Recruitment along with client handling
• Excellent Verbal and Written Business Communication Skills
• Should be Technology Friendly
• Open to working with Business Targets
• Energetic, willing to learn and should be Customer-Centric
