Job Summary:

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Account Management:
Monitor account health and proactively address client concerns.
Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordination and Reporting:
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, support, HR, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Track account metrics and provide regular updates and reports to management.
Maintain CRM with up-to-date client interactions and sales activity.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in sales, account management, or client servicing.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
