The Account Manager will be responsible for business development and sales of lubrication equipment systems across South India.
The role involves managing key OEM and industrial clients, expanding the distributor network, and driving growth through solution-oriented, consultative selling.
5+ years of experience in industrial equipment or capital goods sales across mining, steel, cement, power, refinery, or oil & gas sectors.Exposure to OEM and end-user sales, preferably in lubrication, hydraulics, or fluid systems.Proven experience in distributor handling and channel-led sales.Strong technical acumen and understanding of plant maintenance or reliability solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Independent territory ownership covering the entire South India market.
