Account Manager, Life Sciences

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Specialist, Life Science at JoVE, your primary responsibility will be to assist researchers and faculty at subscribing Universities and Research Institutions in India to integrate JoVE's content into their syllabi and support training and research activities. You will play a crucial role in boosting the usage of JoVE resources in labs and classrooms through various outreach activities. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with Researchers and Educators to increase the utilization of JoVE resources in the laboratory and classroom - Conduct presentations and webinars at exhibits, conferences, seminars, and workshops at Universities and Research centers - Build relationships with key decision-makers and teaching/research staff through regular outreach efforts such as phone calls, meetings, and emails - Provide valuable customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams - Raise Product Awareness within new and existing customer Universities and Research Institutes - Maintain positive relationships with customer institutes throughout the sales cycle, ensuring client satisfaction and retention post-sale Qualifications Required: - Master's or PhD Degree in a STEM discipline - Proficient in English communication - Previous experience working in laboratory settings - Background in Science Communications or Customer-facing roles is a plus - In-depth knowledge of education and research trends in disciplines like Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology - Ability to deliver engaging presentations to both large and small groups - Strong networking skills with scientists and decision-makers Additional Company Details (if present in JD): At JoVE, you will have the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing company that is a global leader in providing video solutions for scientific research and education.
