Account Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of accounts, fostering new business opportunities, and driving growth through strong customer engagement. As the primary point of contact for customer account management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to maximize profits. Additionally, you will need to ensure the timely delivery of solutions, meet client objectives, and track account performance to identify growth opportunities and meet sales targets. Collaboration with the sales team will also be essential to uncover new opportunities and drive business growth. Handling client requests and resolving issues efficiently will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role. A B.Tech degree in C.S., I.T., Marketing, or a related field is required. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with experience using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel). You should also possess a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver customer-focused solutions.,
