Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Financial Leadership Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with overall business goals. Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Accounting, Reporting & Controls Supervise the accounting and finance teams. Maintain accurate, complete financial records and general ledgers. Prepare financial statements, dashboards, and detailed reports. Monitor internal controls and financial procedures to ensure integrity. Operations & Cash Flow Management Oversee day to day finance functions including AP, AR, payroll and bank reconciliations. Manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, payment processing and discrepancy resolution. Ensure timely customer billing, monitor receivables and pursue overdue collections. Taxation & Compliance Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Stay updated with changes in local and international tax laws. Treasury, Risk & Process Improvement Lead treasury operations and manage financial risks. Conduct risk assessments, internal audits and compliance reviews. NOTE :- Should be proficient in Tally, SAP or equivalent ERP systems. Ability to travel to branches and operational sites as required.
