Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.)
Handle GST returns, TDS filings, and coordination with tax consultants and auditors
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit points
Maintain accurate financial records as per accounting standards and company policies
Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team
Support management with MIS reports and financial insights for decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws

Experience

5–8 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience handling GST, TDS, and statutory compliance is mandatory
