We are looking for a senior and seasoned Account Manager to manage one or two large, complex accounts with a focus on growth, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires strong experience in managing strategic accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in large-scale engagements and will be responsible for stakeholder management, opportunity pursuits, delivery oversight, and routine administrative activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders based in Bengaluru and global customers (especially in Europe).
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure trust and long term engagement.
Drive account growth through proactive opportunity identification and pursuit.
Oversee delivery performance, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Manage escalations and ensure smooth communication between delivery teams and client stakeholders.
Prepare and present account reviews, performance metrics, and growth plans.
Handle routine administrative tasks related to account governance and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with a focus on growth and sustainability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools
Degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
13+ years of experience in account management within large, complex accounts.
Proven ability to grow and sustain one or two strategic accounts rather than managing multiple operational accounts.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Experience working with global customers, preferably in Europe.
Familiarity with delivery governance and large-scale program management.
Familiarity with multiple technologies
