Job Description

Job Title: Manager Accounts

Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure timely closure of books and submission of MIS reports to management.
Day to day bank related work, limits renewal, BG issuance, 15CA/CB requirement etc.
Fixed assets capitalisation

2. Budgeting, Costing & Profitability

Help in prepare annual budgets and monitor actual vs. budget performance.
Conduct product costing, margin analysis, and variance analysis

3. Statutory Compliance

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Coordinate to get export incentive claims.
Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
MSME compliances

4. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

Implement strong internal controls to prevent revenue leakages and safeguard assets.
Conduct periodic internal audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
CA
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years
Knowledge:

ERP systems -SAP
Indian Accounting Standards,
Export incentives (MEIS, RODTEP, Advance License)
Cost accounting for manufacturing
