Account Manager for Cloud and Managed Security

You will be joining CtrlS Datacenters Ltd as an Account Manager based in Kolkata. Your role will involve managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact between customers and the company. You will be responsible for overseeing a range of services including Colocation, Cloud Computing, Managed Services, Disaster Recovery, Storage and Back-up, Application Hosting, IaaS, Platforms, AI, Network, and Managed Security Solutions. As an Account Manager, your key duties will include nurturing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You will also be tasked with maintaining strong partnerships with key clients and collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-quality services that meet customer expectations and drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). To excel in this role, you should possess strong Account Management and Customer Service skills, along with a deep understanding of Colocation, Cloud Computing, and Managed Security Solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, as well as the capacity to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively. Prior experience in the cloud or data center industry would be advantageous for this position.,
