Job Description

As an Accounts Executive at Viraja Ceramics Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining customer ledgers, and ensuring smooth operations related to accounting and client interactions. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle customer grievances while fostering strong relationships with clients are crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately record customer information in the database and maintain up-to-date financial records. - Handle customer grievances professionally to uphold the company's reputation. - Engage in tele sales activities by building and nurturing customer relationships. - Ensure compliance with company policies while providing excellent customer support. - Keep records of all interactions, including customer feedback, purchase orders, and queries. - Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently. - Stay updated on industry trends to improve tele sales and negotiation strategies. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (verbal & written). - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively. - Excellent communication & presentation skills. - Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation. - Experience in tele sales or customer support is an advantage.,
