Role & responsibilities

This role involves end-to-end handling of Purchase Department. Key responsibilities include sourcing and verifying vendor quotations, preparing and managing accurate purchase orders, and handling invoice documentation. The role also requires accurate entry of purchase transactions in Tally, maintaining a manual creditor ledger, and ensuring proper filing of related documents. Regular reconciliation of POs, vendor statements, and ledger entries is essential, along with generating monthly variance reports to track discrepancies.
