This would be OFFICE JOB which involves daily Sales / Purchase / JV / GSTR / TDS / Import entry sending mails to client / payment follow ups etc
Manage daily accounting entries including Sales, Purchase, Journal Vouchers (JV), GSTR, TDS, and Import transactions
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software
Prepare and send emails to clients regarding accounts, queries, or documentation
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and reconciliations
Support monthly and annual financial closing activities
Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Experience with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
Good communication skills for client coordination
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
