Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities related to US clients.
  • Manage timesheet collection and ensure accuracy of employee/vendor billing data.
  • Work with knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099.
  • Possess working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial records in compliance with US accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with reporting and reconciliations as required.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze, prepare, and maintain accounting data and reports.
