Job Description

Record all vouchers in Tally Prime sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, contra, debit and credit notes

Maintain ledgers, cash book and bank book and complete bank reconciliations every month

Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B on time, and reconcile input tax credit with GSTR-2B

Support annual GST returns GSTR-9 and reply to GST notices when required

Deduct TDS, file returns and issue certificates

Generate GST-compliant invoices and e-way bills

Track receivables and payables, and follow up on overdue amounts

Maintain proper supporting documents for every entry, ready for audit

Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet and cash position

Coordinate with the CA or auditors for finalisation and audits

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
