Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Packaging or Manufacturing industry. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting operations, GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic SAP operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, and billing.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other accounting-related documentation.
• Maintain ledger accounts and assist in monthly closing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Generate financial reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Work on SAP software for accounting entries and financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Packaging or Manufacturing sector.
• Basic to good working knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).

Preferred Candidate: Candidates currently working in the Packaging or Manufacturing industry with hands-on SAP experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
