Job Description

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime or other accounting software.
Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries accurately.
Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes and credit notes.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank, customer and vendor ledger reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors when required.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare GST workings and support reconciliation of purchase data/GST records.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports and other financial reports as required.
Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and internal departments.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
