They play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets by identifying opportunities, handling inquiries, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through effective sales strategies. Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers or lessees. Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and competitor offerings. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and property portfolios. Assist clients in property selection based on their needs and budget. Negotiate contracts and close property deals in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are fulfilled. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth deal execution. Provide post-sale support and follow-ups to build long-term relationships. Required Qualifications Education : Bachelors degree in Commerce Experience : 4-5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in real estate or property services.
