Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced Person as Accounts Exqutive to keep up-to-date account records and oversee smooth transactions with customers. The successful candidate will have great communications skills and a strong quantitative background, along with a proven track record of successfully handling accounts. The ideal candidate should be a team player, enjoy working with a variety of customers, and have knowledge of basic accounting functions. We also value those who are ready to learn and adapt with a fast-paced work environment. Those looking for a long-term relationship will be given priority during the selection process.

The person should have worked in TALLY Software.

Responsibilities and Skills

 Reconcile accounts with the general ledger Periodically

 MonthlyBank Reconciliations

 Handle accounts payable and receivable
 Day to Day Accounting work

 GST /TDS Filling Work& Reconciliation
 Handle general account queries. Contact customers about invoices collection

 Supporting in finalisation of accounts by preparing required schedules etc.

 Thorough knowledge in Excel sheets preparation and Word
