Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team. This role is open to both fresh and experienced candidates in accounting. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, a good command of Excel, and the ability to work in a structured and deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Process and generate invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closures.
• Support with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Enter data accurately into accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for account-related matters.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 0-1 years of Experience
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / QuickBooks/ SAP or other accounting systems.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
