Job Description

1) Booking of Purchase Entries & Expenses on daily basis & mentioning proper narrations of expenses done. 2) Booking of Cash Vouchers and sending daily cash report to HO. 3) Maintaining proper Stock report in the HO's provided format 4) Daily Opening stock & Closing stock of picture of load cells to be sent on the group with the Stock report. 5) Booking of Sales invoices and signing and stamping as per policies. 5a) Narration of Transaction shall be mentioned in clearly in the sales invoice while booking 6) Sending ledgers to customers & reconciliation of the same. 7) Maintaining proper supporting document file of expenses done. 8) Maintaining transparent records of evaporation loss & night loss. 9) Preparation of quotations & sending to sales team if required 10) Delivery Challans to be maintained & to be mentioned in all sales invoices. 11) Follow-up on recoveries to be done along with the Credit Cntroller at HO. 12) Negotiating with transporters if required 13) Maintain Proper Screenshots & Records of Phonepay, Gpay & Upi on table local sales with customer name mentioned & tally invoice number. 14) Unless otherwise mentioned above please fulfil all other needs with regards to accounting at the site of both the warehouses. 15) All Payment one to one details of Phone pay, Gpay & UPI shall be shared on the company WhatsApp group with their recorded Inv no. in the caption. 16) Day to day Cash Maintenance - Excel sheet Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend only Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
