About the Role

Finance & Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare financial reports, MIS dashboards, and variance analyses using Excel.
Update and maintain financial data in
SAP
with accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis tasks.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and internal controls.
Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and audit support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA in Finance.
0–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (freshers welcome).
Hands-on experience with
SAP (FICO module preferred)
.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, basic formulas)
.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Internship experience in finance or accounting.
Experience in generating MIS reports.
