Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) with at least 3 years of accounting experience, although fresher with knowledge may also apply. It is essential to have a working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and ERP systems, along with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, and TDS. Fluency in Tamil, Hindi, and English languages is required for effective communication. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling vendor reconciliations and PO reconciliation. - Maintaining billing and collection tracker, and following up for pending dues. - Ensuring daily stock control and assisting in periodic stock audits. - Managing petty cash and day-to-day site expenses. - Supporting in month-end closing and reconciliations. - Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. - Coordinating with site teams, vendors, and HO accounts for smooth operations. In addition to the above, the company provides benefits such as food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work type for this position is full-time and permanent, with a requirement of 100% willingness to travel. The work location is remote.,
