Job Title: Accountant Executive

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily accounting functions and programs.
Prepare financial analyses, reports, revenue projections, and expenditure forecasts.
Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets.
Maintain and reconcile
balance sheet and general ledger accounts
.
Assist with
annual audit preparations
and resolve discrepancies or non-compliance issues.
Prepare and file
GST, TDS, ESI, PF returns
on time.
Handle all
banking-related activities
.
Prepare
tax returns
and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Contribute to the development or modification of accounting systems and procedures.
Support junior staff with guidance and training as needed.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelors degree
in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree preferred).
1 - 4 years of relevant experience
in accounting/finance.
Sound knowledge of
tax laws
and statutory compliances.
Strong proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under minimal supervision with high personal responsibility.
Good stress management and multitasking skills.
