Role Overview – Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations. The role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in finance and accounting, with opportunities to learn ERP-based processes and contribute to core financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Record day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers regularly
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Assist with preparation of financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on payment and billing issues
• Maintain organized and systematic documentation of all financial records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on bookkeeping
• Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹9,484.18 - ₹27,145.29 per month
