Job Description

Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and bills.
Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, sales, and investments.
Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in
Commerce/Finance/Accounting
(B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA-Inter preferred).
25 years of relevant experience in
accounting/finance
, real estate industry experience will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of
Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
.
Familiarity with
GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
