Key Responsibilities: Lead Handling & Conversion Support: Call and qualify inbound/outbound leads from multiple channels (portals, digital campaigns, referrals). Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences to qualify prospects. Schedule site visits and follow up aggressively for confirmations and closures. CRM & Coordination: Maintain accurate lead records and status updates in CRM or lead sheets. Coordinate with field sales teams for timely follow-ups and updates post-site visits. Share daily performance reports with Team Leader/Sales Head. Target Driven Engagement: Achieve weekly/monthly targets of calls, qualified leads, and site visit appointments. Take ownership of lead nurturing and contribute actively to revenue generation. Client Communication: Build strong client relationships through professional communication and timely follow-ups. Handle objections smartly and create urgency to convert interest into visits and bookings. Who Can Apply: Candidates with 1-3 years of telecalling or inside sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred). Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to grow in the real estate sector may also apply. Comfortable working under pressure and achieving performance-linked incentives. Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & basic English. Good persuasion and follow-up abilities. Positive attitude and hunger to grow financially and professionally. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging videos for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns. Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel. Work with raw footage to enhance visual appeal through color grading, sound editing, and special effects. Edit and optimize videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, to maximize reach and engagement. Create motion graphics, animations, and text overlays to add informative elements to videos. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing and incorporate innovative techniques into content. Organize and archive all video assets systematically to allow easy access for future projects. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in video editing, preferably within the real estate sector or a related field. Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects. Strong sense of visual aesthetics, with excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality. Familiarity with different video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization techniques for various social media and web platforms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, adhering to tight deadlines. Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate marketing goals into compelling visual narratives.
