Designation: Senior Executive/Executive - Account Management Location: Noida Experience: 1 -6 years Job Summary/ Your Role in a Nutshell: The ideal candidate should possess strong client servicing/account management experience by developing and implementing effective digital strategies across social media, email marketing, and landing pages. A strong understanding of digital marketing tools, client and stakeholder management, and a proven track record of growing client portfolios are essential. What youll do: Oversee the agency-client relationship by ensuring seamless operations, building strong rapport, and fostering long-term connections with clients to drive retention and revenue growth Assess clients’ business and marketing needs, recommend digital solutions leveraging marketing, technology and analytics, and provide strategic guidance to meet their objectives Create effective digital strategies while closely working with the planning and creative teams Manage social media posts, publishing, landing page creation, email marketing, and related tasks Work with senior management for new business development from ideation, and execution, to pitch presentation Implement sound project management processes and tools for delivery and execution What you need: Bachelors/Masters in English Literature or Mass Communications or MBA with 1+ years of experience in client servicing/account management In-depth understanding of digital marketing including social media marketing, social advertising, SEO, SEM, marketing automation/ email marketing, and analytics Knowledge of various digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies- leading social media platforms, and publishing tools like Hootsuite, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, MailChimp, HubSpot, etc. Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships and portfolios by understanding business requirements and proposing effective strategies and campaigns Prior experience of handling a team of digital marketers Excellent verbal and written communication skills
