Responsibilities

  • Create and update daily expense reports
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports/support as necessar
