Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Accountant/Finance Executive to join our finance team. This role will be critical in ensuring compliance, accurate financial reporting, and providing support for various indirect tax and fixed asset-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

GST:
Assist in GSTR filing, 2A/2B reconciliation, GST mismatch resolution and preparing workings for GST notices. Maintain GST compliance.
TDS:
Prepare monthly TDS workings, ensure timely deposits, assist with quarterly return filing, and verify TDS applicability.
Accounts Payable Support:
Collaborate on correct GST/TDS application on vendor invoices.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Bachelors in commerce/finance. CA/CS/CMA dropouts strongly encouraged.
Experience:
In accounting/finance. Experience in a CA Firm or Indian Accounts Payable profile
.
Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of Indian GST laws and TDS provisions
.
Clear understanding of financial entry impact.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
