We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should be able to accurately record day-to-day financial transactions, maintain proper accounting records, and support the finance department in routine accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Record sales, purchases, and journal entries in the accounting system.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare and update daily reports, ledgers, and account statements.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile accounts and assist in identifying discrepancies.
Prepare and manage emails and communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Assist in generating financial reports as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to draft and respond to professional emails.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
Internship or prior experience in an accounting role.
