Role Overview: As a part of the Premium Services Team at Cisco, you play a crucial role in driving customer outcomes for Cisco's multi-architecture portfolio. You will have the exciting opportunity to work on large transformational deals and Services EAs, making a significant impact on the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert on Technology & cross-Architecture solutions/Services, understanding customers" technology landscape (Applications/Infra/Architecture) to provide advisory support to account teams & customers. - Build influential relationships by collaborating with customers, channel partners, and account team members to achieve business goals, using effective communication methods to influence others and establish strong relationships. - Demonstrate customer focus by supporting customers throughout the sales process, addressing customer requirements while balancing business needs, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and taking ownership of customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Utilize negotiation skills to explore interests and options, reaching mutually beneficial outcomes by using legitimate data and objective criteria to support proposals. - Apply critical thinking skills to identify and address sales challenges and new opportunities, analyzing data from various sources to make informed decisions and take appropriate actions.
