Job Overview

Were looking for a strategic and driven Account Director to nurture and grow the business while parallelly understanding the client's needs & creating exciting marketing experiences to our clients and their partners. This role is pivotal in leading client relationships, driving business growth, and partnering with internal teams to deliver outstanding marketing solutions. You will be the key link between the client and the agency, ensuring business objectives are met with high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and business retention

Lead end-to-end campaign/project management – from briefing to delivery

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell

Collaborate with strategy, creative, digital, and media teams to develop integrated marketing solutions

Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables

Present business proposals, pitches, and campaign reports to clients

Lead junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship

Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activities to advise clients proactively

Key Requirements

8-10 years of experience in client servicing/business development roles within a marketing/advertising/digital agency

Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, BTL campaigns, and media strategy

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven track record of managing large clients and delivering results

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proficiency in data interpretation and marketing analytics tools is a plus
