Job Description

Position Details:

Position: Accounts and Finance Executive

Location: Marine Lines

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance

Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounts and finance

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records and accounting transactions
Prepare and process vouchers, bills, and invoices in compliance with company policies
Manage accounts in Tally ERP and ensure timely data entry
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and expense tracking
Support compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other

regulations

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors when required

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST, TDS,

etc.)

Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency
Strong communication and coordination skills
