Job Title: Store Assistant

Job Summary:

The Store Assistant is responsible for managing the movement of materials, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are properly stored, issued, and tracked within the garment unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and verify incoming materials, trims, and accessories.

Maintain proper stock records (inward & outward entries).

Arrange and store materials neatly in the designated areas.

Issue raw materials to production departments based on requisitions.

Check stock levels regularly and inform the Store In-Charge about shortages.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area.

Support periodic stock audits and inventory counting.

Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of store and inventory management.

Ability to maintain records manually or in Excel.

Good organization and communication skills.

Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.

Eligibility:

Any Degree

0–2 years of experience in a garment store or warehouse preferred.
